Terms & conditions
You have a right to withdraw from the credit agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made, or if information is provided after the agreement is made, the day on which the borrower receives a copy of the executed agreement under section 61A or 63 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or the day on which the borrower receives the information required in section 61A(3) of that Act, whichever is the latest.
You have the right to repay the credit early at any time in full or partially and may be entitled to a rebate if you do so.
If the Lender (Firth Finance) decides not to proceed with your application on the basis of information from a credit reference agency, the Lender must when informing you of the decision, inform you that it has been reached on the basis of information from the credit reference agency and provide details of that agency.
You have a right to obtain a copy free of charge on request unless the Lender is unwilling at the time of request to proceed to the conclusion of the credit agreement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep Firth Finance advised within a reasonable time scale of any changes to your financial or residential circumstances; this includes your mobile phone number and email address. If you do not keep Firth Finance up to date, you may have a “Trace” fee added to you balance if we have to engage with a Third Party Company to locate you.
